Calibration Kits for TCF/TCR Sensors, LC Line Checker, ST SpinTork

Calibration kits are specifically designed for use with Tohnichi equipment. The TCL is used to test and verify the accuracy of TCF/TCR Torque Sensors, LC Line Checker, and ST SpinTork

The kit’s primary components include a lever,  scale holder, and wire. Required dead weights are sold separately.  Periodic calibration is required for lever length and dead weight mass (provided by a third party)  

During use, the weights are hung from the scale pan/holder, so it is essential to have a sturdy workbench (user provided) with sufficient height to accommodate the maximum hanging length of the weights off the side of the workbench.

Depending on your quality control requirements, you may also consider sending the TCR/TCR, LC, and or ST Models to Tohnichi America’s Service Department for regular calibration, as an alternative to purchasing and maintaining the calibration kits and their components.
